Around this time of year, vacation rentals are a hot need in the Southbay and happening areas of Los Angeles.

For our office, the Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Sand section is always booked up with vacation rentals. Vacation visitors from Europe, the East Coast and beyond schedule their perfect vacation rental months ahead……sometimes a year ahead. Los Angeles, especially the Beach Cities have so much to offer, the fun is endless.

After a chat with a client of mine, we spoke of this very topic. After our conversation he urged me to be on the look out for a desirable beach property he could rent out. Such property would also allow he and his family to enjoy from time to time, this while making a great Real Estate Investment.

Last week during Brokers Open I came across 350 Manhattan Ave in Hermosa Beach. What a dream!
