As a realtor, one of the most common questions I get is “what do you think about the real estate market nowadays?” My response is “The market is great! Especially in the Beach Cities!“

It’s fascinating to see what properties are selling for in the Beach Cities with such a low inventory, and reminds me again that ultimately “a property is worth as much as a buyer is willing to pay.”
